Francisco Flores is s Biotechnology engineer specialized in Molecular Biology and Neuroscience From Tecnológico de Monterrey. He’s interested in learning anything that can give insight on how the brain works specially related to the Gut-Brain axis. Right now his research is about the use of chaotic bioprinting as a platform for the production of multi-strain probiotics.
