Carlos Ceballos

Carlos Ceballos is from Cali, Colombia. He is a PhD candidate in Biotechnology focused on Tissue Engineering. His research is about the development of cancer models using biofabrication tools. Carlos is proficient on mammalian and bacterial cell culture, extrusion-based bioprinting, organ-on-a-chip models, spheroids, droplet microfluidics, computer-aided designs (CAD), stereolithography, emulsions, rheology, synthesis of biomaterials, gene expression analysis, immunostaining, fluorescence/confocal microscopy, and scientific writing. In his free time, Carlos hangs out with his family and friends, watch movies, and travel.
